Professional Experience:
Mr. Gonzalez brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in the design of mechanical and electrical systems for a wide variety of project types, including high-rise condominiums, luxury hotels, high-end residential estates, country clubs, large commercial buildings, medical facilities, and both private and public school projects. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong reputation for delivering practical, efficient, and reliable engineering solutions tailored to the specific needs of each facility. His broad project background has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of complex building systems and the coordination required for successful project delivery.
In addition to his design expertise, Mr. Gonzalez has significant hands-on experience in observing, evaluating, and troubleshooting existing mechanical and electrical systems across many types of facilities. He is highly experienced in assessing aging or inefficient infrastructure and determining the most effective retrofit solutions, particularly for outdated air conditioning systems. His background also includes evaluating equipment and system useful life expectancy, preparing replacement cost estimates, and assisting clients in planning long-term capital improvements and system upgrades.
As a Principal at Kamm Consulting, Mr. Gonzalez is responsible for project management and overall design oversight. His combined experience in both engineering and construction provides valuable insight into the practical application of design solutions and allows him to effectively guide projects from inception through successful completion.
