Professional Experience:

Mr. Brown has over 21 years of engineering experience in mechanical, electrical power, lighting, and plumbing systems, for commercial office and large retail buildings. His expertise includes standby and emergency power generation applications, uninterruptible power supplies, power conditioning and distribution, and photometric analyses. He also has extensive experience in the HVAC industry, particularly the unique requirements for the subtropical environment of South Florida.

In addition to his management responsibilities as a Managing Principal of the Ft. Pierce office with a staff of 7 and as Executive Vice President of Kamm Consulting, Mr. Brown personally manages a broad array of projects involving new construction, and renovation of office buildings, retail space, warehouse space, private residential, condominiums, and manufacturing facilities. His experience in highly available facilities design is of substantial value to users of mission-critical computing and telecommunications systems.
